The property offered clean and spacious rooms with hot water, perfect for a comfortable stay after a long walk in Petra. the location was excellent, with less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and just a 5-minute drive to the main gate of Petra. the staff was kind and helpful, always available to assist us whenever we needed something. We appreciated the extra time they gave us for check-out when one of us fell ill. a great no-frills place to stay.

We had a great experience at Sultan Home! It was the perfect place to stay for a few nights while traveling through Jordan. The host was friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The beds were cozy and the heater worked well, which was important during the cold and rainy days. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to make tea and breakfast. The location was excellent, with restaurants and a supermarket within an easy 8-minute walk. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Jordan.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. the three single beds provided were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the host's friendly demeanor and ability to speak English made communication effortless. the hotel's proximity to Petra, with just a 5-minute drive to the entrance, was a key advantage. I highly recommend trying the dinner served as room service, as it was both delicious and reasonably priced.

There were a couple of drawbacks to note. the access to the parking area was quite steep, which could be challenging for some.

The private house we accidentally walked into was understanding and helpful. Highly recommended and worth it!

The apartment was new, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the AC equipment quickly warmed up the apartment, which was perfect during the cold weather. the kitchen had everything necessary to prepare quick meals. the location was great, just a short drive to the city center and Petra. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful owner who was quick to assist with any requests.

One small issue was that we had to wait a bit for hot water as the hot water boiler needed to be switched on. the mattress in our room was uncomfortable with noticeable springs.
